Aata Lane
Inspired by the architecture of Queenstown and Wanaka, Aata Lane blends southern coastal luxury with industrial strength and the warmth of native timbers. Featuring recycled Rimu and Mataī wood from the historic Junction Hotel in Takaka, the home carries both beauty and history, connecting deeply to the region. Located in central Māpua, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home balances modern convenience with timeless comfort, from high timber ceilings and a cosy log burner to expansive kwila decking for summer entertaining. Thoughtfully designed for connection, rest, and family living, Aata Lane is a home that invites both gathering and retreat across every season.
Ruby Bay Haven
This Ruby Bay coastal renovation transformed a once weathered former winery into a bright, spacious beachside haven. Working with Simone from Architectural Studio, owners Kristie and Trav reimagined the layout. The new design connects the home to its stunning native surroundings, complete with daily birdsong and sweeping bay views. Thoughtful design choices reflect the couple’s love for nature, creating a warm, inviting space perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying long summer evenings.
